This week I went to a baseball game as part of a lab outing, witnessed a spectacular sunset, and had lunch with a friend outside of Houston Hall on Penn's campus.
Here's a view from our nosebleed section seats, facing east, around 7:30 p.m. on August 6:
I was driving home from the gym around 8:00 p.m. on August 7 when I saw this sunset from I-95. Instead of heading south on Princeton Pike towards home I went north and turned into the abandoned RCN site. There was a guy there with a real camera taking pictures. Here's the best I could do:
